The year
was 1960 and the visionary was Mr.V.S.Palepu, was the Sales Manager
of Lederle.The catalyst was Mr.Nebling, a German national from Hoechst
who persuaded Mr.Palepu to start a distribution company in Madras and
offered a flagship of Hoechst Distribution.This was the beginning of
a long journey into the horizons of Pharma Distribution in the south.
Soon followed a Bayer Distribution and many more multinationals in later
years.

a commitment to do business with integrity and honesty, Mr.Palepu
grown from strength to strength. From the first invoice value
of a mere Rs.101, the company grown to be one of the largest distributor
in TamilNadu. In 1980 Mr.Gopal the youngest son of Mr.Palepu joined
the organization and brought a professional approach to the company
alongwith traditional values. Today after four decades and more
in business, the company can look back with pride and satisfaction.
